OBJECTIVES
The existing traffic management system of the Belgorod urban agglomeration needs to be upgraded to improve its operational efficiency.
Traffic flow conditions on the road network must be optimized to ensure maximum throughput and reduce the risk of road accidents.
An integrated approach must be ensured for the development of technical, informational, and software support for the agglomeration's road network.

SOLUTION
The RITM³ digital platform with its core modules — "Digital Twin," "Digital Transportation Plan," and "Modeling" — was deployed on the Customer's server.
The digital platform has improved the efficiency and development of the system for recording and processing administrative offense data, and has mitigated the negative impact of disruptions to the sustainable operation of the urban agglomeration's road network.
A tool has been implemented to enhance the reliability of the information acquired, processed, and stored for use in the operations of the road management departments.
